Jobe London Reacts To His Death Hoax News. Thabang Thanyane, known professionally as Jobe London is an artist from Johannesburg, Soweto specializing in the Amapiano Sound. The star is currently topping charts on Twitter, however, not for the right reasons.
While rumours of Jobe London’s death hoax were making rounds on social media, the star has come out to prove the hoaxes wrong. Jobe was unpleased with the reason behind him trending as he said it was insensitive of people to assume he had passed on.
This comes after tweeps were concerned about his health after seeing his video. However, the star came out to set the record straight that he’s healthy. The Sukendleleni singer had visibly lost weight in the video and many people assumed he was sick. His fans then started asking people to pray for him, claiming he was in hospital. Some even went as far as claiming he was on his death bed.
According to Daily Sun, Jobe said the video was taken months ago when he was sick. “It was taken early in 2021 and I was sick at the time. I was struggling with tuberculosis but I have recovered and I’m better now.“If fans were to see me right now, they would see I’m OK. Because I was sick, I wasn’t performing at the event. It was a party for one of my siblings and I was just speaking,” he said.
The singer and dancer said people should however, keep supporting him. “May my fans continue supporting me. I appreciate their loyalty and I ask that they stick with me because I’ll make it in life and make great music. I’ll be dropping a single title Utsotsi, featuring Reece Madlisa and Zuma in August. I’ll also drop a collaborative EP titled Killer London with Killer Kau,” he added.
