Cassper Reacts To The Ndlovu Youth Choir Singing ‘Siyathandana’ In Acapella. SA’s phenomenal group Ndlovu Youth Choir hailing from Moutse, Limpopo, brought to fame by impressive performances on America’s Got Talent. Ndlovu Youth Choir debuts with a mix of hit covers that smash boundaries, and they’re now at it again and this time, amapiano.

The Ndlovu Youth Choir have done their own version of Cassper’s top-charting amapiano song ‘Siyathandana’ featuring Boohle and Abidoza. The acapella song blew Cassper away as he reacted to the video saying he loves it and can’t get over it. The star also shared the video on his Insta story as a sign of appreciation for what the choir did.

This is beautiful. ❤ https://t.co/WZkcRa0RFR

Cassper has been consistent in amapiano after sharing that he will be venturing into amapiano. ‘Siyathandana’ has just hit the b4 million views mark on YouTube after just one month of its release.

The choir on the other hand has also been consistent with their music. They are also set to perform live for the first time after months of being restricted to virtual performances. The Limpopo group is among many local artists who were hit hard by the outbreak of Covid-19 last year that led to cancellations of its tours. The choir will be celebrated through a theatrical music show called African Pulse that will be staged on May 1 at Teatro in Monte Casino, Fourways. During the pandemic, they have been amongst those sharing songs of hope to the public during difficult times.

Ndlovu conductor Ralf Schmitt said the group was looking forward to the exciting moment of performing live after their seven tours were cancelled last year. “Just to be back on stage is exciting. We managed to get through this lockdown because of virtual performances but they are different from live performances. We missed the electric atmosphere, adrenaline and the immediate response from the audience. The celebration performance brings hope to every one after being in a lockdown state. The show brings emotions because it is a story about the choir’s journey, ” Schmitt said.
