South African singer and songwriter Tracy is preparing to enter a new chapter of her musical journey with the announcement of her upcoming solo EP, “Azalondwe.” The highly anticipated project is scheduled to arrive on 4 September 2026, giving fans a fresh body of music to look forward to.
Tracy shared the exciting news with her supporters on TikTok, revealing that the upcoming project will deliver new music aimed at connecting with listeners on a deeper level. The announcement has already sparked excitement among fans who have been following her musical journey and are eager to hear what she has been working on.
Taking to TikTok, Tracy wrote: “Hope y’all are ready for the #AzalondweEP on the 4th of September new Music for your souls from #BreadOfTheSoul.”
The message gives an indication of the direction Tracy hopes to take with the project. By describing the EP as “new music for your souls,” the artist appears ready to offer listeners a more personal and soulful musical experience.
“Azalondwe” will also be an important moment for Tracy as she steps forward with a solo project. While collaborations have become an important part of South Africa’s vibrant music scene, a solo EP gives an artist the opportunity to showcase their individual identity, creativity and vocal ability across an entire body of work.
The upcoming release comes as Tracy continues to build her presence within the South African music industry. Her distinctive voice and ability to work alongside other talented artists have helped her gain recognition, while her latest announcement suggests that she is ready to take another step forward in her career.
The hashtag #BreadOfTheSoul has also become part of the EP’s rollout, adding a meaningful identity to the upcoming project. It suggests that Tracy wants the music to offer more than just entertainment, potentially creating a body of work that listeners can connect with emotionally.
With September 4 now locked in, fans have a few weeks to prepare for the arrival of “Azalondwe.” More details about the tracklist, collaborations and overall sound of the project may emerge as the release date approaches.
For now, Tracy is keeping the anticipation alive and encouraging her supporters to get ready for what she describes as music for their souls.
If her latest announcement is anything to go by, “Azalondwe” could mark an exciting new chapter for Tracy as she continues to make her mark and bless fans with more music.
