Apple Music has revealed the Top 10 Amapiano songs with the most Shazam recognitions during Ke Dezemba in South Africa, highlighting the tracks that left listeners reaching for their phones to identify the soundtracks of the festive season. From packed clubs and street grooves to house parties and social media clips, these songs dominated December by sparking instant curiosity and repeat plays.

1.Sam Deep, Nia Pearl & Boohle Shela (feat. Mano)

Claiming the number one spot is “Shela (feat. Mano)” by Sam Deep, Nia Pearl and Boohle. Undoubtedly the anthem of Ke Dezemba, “Shela” topped Apple Music charts while also becoming the most Shazamed amapiano song of the season. Its soulful composition and emotional pull made it impossible to ignore, turning it into a nationwide favourite.

2. DJ Smallz, ZinedinexSguche & 031choppa ZEP (feat. Uncool MC)

At number two is “ZEP” by DJ Smallz, ZinedinexSguche and 031choppa, featuring Uncool MC. The track gained massive traction in clubs and on social media, where its infectious beat and dance challenge pushed listeners to Shazam it repeatedly.

3. Al Xapo, Benzoo & EeQue SNOKONOKO

9.Officixl RSA Jab Jab (feat. Scotts Maphuma, Benzoo, Bob Mabena, Mid9t & de-papzo)

At number nine, “Jab Jab” by Officixl RSA, featuring Scotts Maphuma, Benzoo, Bob Mabena, Mid9t and de-papzo, brought high-energy vibes to festive playlists.

10.Xduppy & Dj Maphorisa & Seun1401 Feat. Ftears, Mbuzi, Djy Vino & Mphoet Bang’bonile

Rounding out the Top 10 is “Bang’bonile” by Xduppy and DJ Maphorisa, featuring Ftears, Mbuzi, Djy Vino and Mphoet, closing the list with a collaborative powerhouse.
