Rising Amapiano artist Linda Mnisi, widely known as Leemckrazy, has announced the unfortunate cancellation of his highly anticipated debut performance in Amsterdam, leaving fans and organizers disappointed.

The cancellation stemmed from a payment dispute with the event organizers of Pianoworld, which was slated to be held at Club Inn Amsterdam on May 4, 2024. Leemckrazy expressed profound disappointment in the turn of events, attributing it to the failure of the promoters to meet their contractual obligations. Despite receiving only a deposit payment, the organizers failed to refund the funds utilized during the visa processing, leaving Leemckrazy and his team without the necessary arrangements for travel and accommodation.

In a statement addressing the issue, Leemckrazy expressed his regret, stating, “I was due to fly out to the Netherlands on May 3 to perform at Pianoworld, but unfortunately, the promoter has failed to keep up their end of the contract. They only paid the deposit and failed to refund us the money used during the visa process. Even today, we do not have flight tickets or a place to stay. I was looking forward to my Amsterdam debut, but I am sure I will see you soon.”

The cancellation of Leemckrazy’s performance in Amsterdam represents a significant setback for both the artist and his fans, who were eagerly awaiting his international debut. Despite the disappointment, Leemckrazy remains hopeful about future opportunities to connect with his global audience and promises to reschedule a performance in Amsterdam at the earliest opportunity.

Known for his unique take on the Amapiano style, Leemckrazy has been making waves in the South African music scene with his soul-stirring and body-moving music. His distinct sound, characterized by intense basslines, complex rhythms, and memorable melodies, has garnered him a dedicated following.

The cancellation of Leemckrazy’s Amsterdam debut comes as devastating news for both the artist and his fans, who were eagerly anticipating his performance at Pianoworld. However, amidst the setback, Leemckrazy remains determined to continue sharing his music with the world and looks forward to future opportunities to showcase his talent on the international stage.
