Villosoul Opens Up About His Blooming Music Career. Villosoul started making music at the tender age of 16 and he claims that his interpretation of amapiano differs to others in the sense that it is an infusion of Soulful, Tech, minimal and afro house.
His career has already seen him work with a few artists who swing for the fences when it comes to hits like DJ Tira, Heavy K, Gaba Cannal, Boohle, Focalistic, Nkosazana Daughter, Khanyisa, Murumba Pitch just to name a few.“I would love to work with Kabza De Small, Msaki, Shekhinah, Zonke and Lira.”
In his short rise in the industry, Villosoul has become enamoured with various aspects of morphing his passion into a business.“What I love the most about the music industry is that anyone can be whoever and do what they believe in, there are not limits and the challenges I’ve faced or still face is getting enough opportunities to showcase my talent.,” he told Drum Magazine.
Much like Tyla and Major League, Villosoul has his heart set on taking his talents overseas and showcasing in lands he has never visited before. “The main goal is to go abroad and be an international artist with the kind of music I make it will take me there because it accommodates not only South Africa but globally anyone in the world can listen to it.”
