Thuli P Responds To Critics After Being Slammed For Playing Full uMlando Song On Her Set. Thulisile Phongolo is an actress and disc jockey in South African media. Phongolo began her acting career playing Zama on the South African Broadcasting Corporation’s (SABC) TV series Tshisa. While a prefect at her high school, Phongolo played Namhla Diale on the soap opera Generations: The Legacy. After leaving that show in 2018, Phongolo acted in SABC’s TV series Makoti and Mzansi Magic’s The Republic. However, the star has shown a huge interest as of recently in the music industry, particularly amapiano.

Popular actress and DJ Thuli Phongolo is being trolled for her performance in the #BBMZansi (Big Brother Mzansi) house. DJ Thuli Phongolo wad trending for her ‘disappointing’ set in the #BBMzansi (Big Brother Mzansi) house. Social media critics went on to call out her set saying she only got the opportunity because of her physical appearance and not her skills.

Thuli P did not let the ‘hate’ rest as she went on social media to address and react to the critics saying after she was trending, it gave her so much exposure and more gigs that usual. She wrote: ‘Hayibo guys, thank you for making me trend… I literally went from 9 gigs this weekend till Monday to 15 gigs, now I have to possibly cut down because of distance. Sibonge bo! 🚀💃”
