South Africa’s AmaPiano artists and producers are celebrating following a successful tour in the United Kingdom for the AMA Fest 2021. To honour them and the genre, Spotify is spotlighting at the success of its flagship playlist AmaPiano Grooves focusing on the countries in which it has been streamed the most as well as the artists and tracks streamed the most on the playlist in the last year. One of the biggest highlights is that the AmaPiano Grooves playlist has garnered a 622% streaming increase in South Africa in the past year and over 4.7 million hours of the playlist have streamed since its inception in 2019.
