Hennessy has officially unveiled its 2025 Made for More campaign — a bold celebration of African cultural pride, togetherness, and creativity. At the center of this cinematic journey is the newly appointed Global Ambassador Tems, alongside Friends of the House like Congolese rapper INNOSS’B, South African rapper Maglera Doe Boy, and the undisputed King of Amapiano, Kabza De Small.

Here are 10 things you should know about Kabza’s role in this groundbreaking campaign:

1. Kabza Stars in the Hennessy Jam Club

The campaign features three immersive worlds: the Hennessy Games Club, Art Club, and Jam Club. Kabza De Small takes center stage in the Jam Club, a space celebrating rhythm, sound, and collective energy.

2. A Salute to Amapiano’s Global Rise

As South Africa’s pioneer of Amapiano, Kabza brings the township-born sound to a global audience. His presence in the Jam Club is a recognition of Amapiano’s unstoppable influence in shaping African music worldwide.

3. A Pioneer of the Genre

Kabza isn’t just a participant — he’s a pioneer. Often hailed as the King of Amapiano, his innovative production style and collaborations have made him one of Africa’s most important cultural exports.

4. Most-Streamed Artist Twice Over

Kabza was South Africa’s most-streamed artist on Spotify in 2020 and 2024, a testament to his consistency and dominance in the music scene.

5. International Collaborations on the Big Stage

Recently, Kabza produced remixes for Drake and 21 Savage on their “It’s a Blur” tour, blending Amapiano with international hip hop for a global audience.

6. A Chart-Topping Album in 2025

His latest release, Bab’Motha, shot straight to #1 on Apple Music and Spotify, cementing his place at the top of South Africa’s music landscape.

7. Representing Township Roots on a Global Scale

In the Hennessy Jam Club, Kabza embodies the authentic pulse of township sound while elevating it with global prestige. His artistry speaks to both local authenticity and worldwide innovation.

8. Honored by Hennessy’s Spotlight

Kabza himself called his involvement “a really exciting extension of my relationship with Hennessy,” noting the importance of portraying African talent on a global stage.

9. A Historic Shoot Experience

Kabza described the Made for More shoot as “super high level” and “possibly the biggest shoot I’ve ever been part of in my life,” highlighting the scale and ambition behind the campaign.

10. A Toast to African Creativity

Ultimately, Kabza’s starring role is about more than music. It’s a salute to African creativity, community, and cultural pride — values at the heart of Hennessy’s Made for More journey.

With Kabza De Small in the Jam Club, Tems leading the global movement, and African talent celebrated across music, art, and games, Hennessy’s Made for More campaign is a love letter to the continent’s creative energy — and a reminder that every moment, when shared in community, can become more.
