Today marks the release of “Big Fat Machine,” the latest single from British rap sensation Stefflon Don, featuring drill rapper Fivio Foreign and Amapiano duo Major League DJz. The track, part of Stefflon Don’s highly anticipated debut album ‘Island 54,’ promises a fusion of infectious beats and hard-hitting verses.

With heavy-hitting production from South African Twins Major League DJz, “Big Fat Machine” boasts a signature Amapiano sound layered with hypnotic percussion and low-tempo bass. Stefflon Don’s trademark flow shines as she delivers punchy verses, accompanied by Brooklyn drill pioneer Fivio Foreign, making for an explosive collaboration.

Reflecting on the creation of the single, Stefflon Don expressed her excitement, stating, “Big Fat Machine is a special song to me. Working with the MajorLeague for the first time, when they sent me the beat, I knew I could do something special with it. Once I’d laid my verses down, I knew having Fivio on board would bring a different, but necessary, flavor to the track. It’s been a long time in the making, and I can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”

However, amidst the excitement surrounding the release, Stefflon Don finds herself embroiled in controversy, with accusations of song theft surfacing. Instagram posts from @phantom_steeze and @richhlifeking allege that “Big Fat Machine” was stolen from a song titled “Goat” by Costa Titch, who passed away last year. The posts claim that Stefflon Don and Major League DJz failed to credit the original producers and unlawfully released the track.

“This song must be taken down; I can’t believe they thought they could drop it and wouldn’t see it. The original is Goat by Costa Titch, they didn’t even pay the producers, @magang_officialsa, emphasised @phantom_steeze.

The controversy deepened when Major League DJz responded, stating, “Guys, we’re just a feature on the song, we’re making nothing from it, and we don’t know the business behind it.” They emphasized that they were unaware of the song’s origins and advised those concerned to contact the relevant parties.

As the accusations swirl, Stefflon Don has remained silent on the matter, sparking criticism from fans and onlookers. Despite the controversy, “Big Fat Machine” possesses all the ingredients of a prime-time club anthem, showcasing Stefflon Don’s energy and flair.

While the release of “Big Fat Machine” has been overshadowed by controversy, Stefflon Don’s undeniable talent and infectious beats ensure that the track will leave a lasting impression. As the situation unfolds, fans eagerly await Stefflon Don’s response, hoping for clarity and resolution in the midst of the storm.
