Jaden Christopher Syre Smith (born July 8, 1998), is an American rapper, singer, and actor. He has received various accolades, including a Teen Choice Award, an MTV Movie Award, a BET Award and a Young Artist Award, among nominations for a Grammy Award two NAACP Image Awards and an Empire Award.

The music industry has changed dramatically over the last decade, following the popularity of amapiano. Record sales have plummeted and the way people listen to music has shifted. Artists rely heavily on streaming services and social media to promote their music. Some have found success in this new landscape, while some are still figuring it out.

After catching one with “Zotata,” Black Is Brown signee Pcee is back with another viral single “Kilimanjaro.” Much like most of his songs, he brought a host of producers and other producers with him in S’gija Disciples, Zan’Ten, Justin99, Mema_Percent, and his label boss Mr JazziQ. His hit single has created a dance challenge that has seen masses partaking in it. American rapper Jaden Smith shared a video of Pcee dancing Kilimanjaro with his mates on his Instagram stories. Check it out:

The amapiano genre started in about 2012 and exploded during the Covid-19 pandemic and has been on the rise ever since. In 2019, the youth started to use amapiano music to create food, dance and fashion videos and memes.
