Cassper And Pearl Thusi React To DBN Gogo’s Old Tweets About Them. DBN Gogo’s old tweets where she trolled celebs incuding Pearl Thusi, Bonang and Cassper have been a hot topic on social media streets. TV Personality, Pearl Thusi and artist, Cassper Nyovest have responded to DBN Gogo’s old tweets where she trolled them. The tweets surfaced on Thursday and saw the DJ trending on Twitter.
In these tweets, the Amapiano DJ took jabs at some celebrities in her younger days before she became a household name. These include Bonang Matheba and American singer Kesha amongst others. DBN Gogo tried to defend herself from trolls who made vile comments about her dress at the launch of the Showmax reality show Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOL).The trolls questioned whether the Amapiano DJ was pregnant or not based on her look for the night.
Things turned sour when she spoke out against the comments she labelled as “bull sh*t”. In turn, tweeps dug up her old tweets. “I wish you guys could keep your negative opinions to yourself especially when people are content and happy with how they’ve presented. You’ll never control how anyone looks. You can however control your mouth,” the star tweeted.
Pearl Thusi and Cassper Nyovest are the only celebrities that have responded to the tweets. Thusi has since apologised for her skinny legs that DBN Gogo bashed. “Ngicela ukuxolisela imicondo yami,” Thusi tweeted, (I would like to apologise for my skinny legs in English). Cassper Nyovest on the other hand laughed off the tweet.
