Fake’Well and Officixl RSA have officially released their highly anticipated collaborative EP, Well It’s Officixlly Fake, delivering a six-track project packed with collaborations, diverse sounds and energetic production aimed at the upcoming festive season.
The release marks a new chapter for the duo, whose creative partnership has been building anticipation among Amapiano fans. The project follows the momentum of Gqobhoze, their collaboration with DJ Tshegu, Ojay and Mid9T, which offered listeners an early taste of what to expect from the full EP.
Following its release, Gqobhoze gained traction across social media, helping generate excitement for the complete project and introducing audiences to the chemistry between Fake’Well and Officixl RSA.
With the EP now available, the duo are turning their attention to Bheja, featuring Bongs Deekota and Dr Lamondro. The track brings together the producers’ energetic approach with the distinctive contributions of their collaborators, making it a key focus of the project’s rollout as the festive season approaches.
“We’re excited for people to finally hear the whole project. ‘Gqobhoze’ gave everyone a taste of what we were creating and seeing the response on social media made us even more excited for the EP. Now we want to introduce ‘Bheja’ and let that track take the next chapter forward. There’s a lot more to discover across the project,” Fake’Well and Officixl RSA shared.
Well It’s Officixlly Fake was developed through a series of studio sessions in which the duo experimented with different sounds, ideas and creative combinations. Rather than limiting themselves to one particular sound, they embraced collaboration to create a project that showcases their versatility and musical chemistry.
The six-track EP features a line-up of guest contributors, including DJ Tshegu, Ojay, Mid9T, Outdoor DJz, Marvens, Bongs Deekota, Benzoo and Sdo Diroba. Each artist adds a different element to the project, giving listeners a variety of collaborations to explore throughout the release.
The tracklist includes Gqobhoze, The Whoop Effect, They Found Us, Bheja, Sambe Perc and Nyaks Montana. Together, the tracks reflect the duo’s collaborative approach and their intention to deliver music suited to the high-energy atmosphere of the festive season.
With Gqobhoze laying the groundwork and Bheja now leading the next phase of the release, Fake’Well and Officixl RSA are giving fans a fuller picture of their partnership.
Well It’s Officixlly Fake is out now on all major digital streaming platforms, offering listeners six tracks to add to their festive-season playlists.
