Njelic has joined forces with Amapiano heavyweights Sam Deep and De Mthuda for a new song titled “Confidence”, bringing together their musical strengths for a release that is already generating excitement among fans. With Sam Deep and De Mthuda handling production, the track delivers a hard-hitting Amapiano sound suited to the upcoming festive season.
Njelic has established himself as an important figure in South Africa’s music industry, contributing to the growth and evolution of Amapiano through his distinctive vocals and consistent releases. Known for his ability to maintain the genre’s authentic character, the vocalist continues to connect with listeners who appreciate the raw, rhythmic foundations of the sound.
With “Confidence”, Njelic enters the 2026 festive season with a collaboration that has been anticipated by Amapiano enthusiasts for months. The song first attracted attention after being teased during one of Sam Deep’s sets, prompting listeners to look forward to its official release.
The long-awaited track brings together three artists whose contributions help shape its overall identity. Sam Deep and De Mthuda provide the production foundation, delivering the driving rhythms, layered melodies and energetic arrangements associated with their sound. Their approach keeps the song rooted in the deeper, more unfiltered side of Amapiano.
Njelic complements the production with his vocals, carefully fitting his delivery into the instrumental while maintaining the character that has made him a familiar voice within the genre. The result is a collaboration built around the relationship between the production and vocal performance, with each element contributing to the track’s groove.
As the festive season approaches, “Confidence” arrives at a time when Amapiano fans are looking for new music to soundtrack parties, gatherings and dance-floor sessions. Its energetic production and melodic structure make it a fitting addition to the growing collection of releases expected to shape the season’s playlists.
The song also follows Njelic’s “Zola Badu”, a collaboration with Jadenfunky, Rhythm Tee and Cuba Beats. The latest release continues his run of collaborative work while bringing Sam Deep and De Mthuda into the picture for a fresh musical pairing.
For Sam Deep and De Mthuda, the production partnership adds another collaboration to their respective catalogues, while Njelic’s presence gives the track a recognisable vocal identity.
With anticipation building since its early preview, “Confidence” now gives fans the chance to experience the full song. The release brings together established talent from the Amapiano scene and offers listeners another soundtrack for the 2026 festive season.
As the track reaches audiences, fans can look forward to hearing how Njelic, Sam Deep and De Mthuda’s combined efforts translate across playlists, parties and dance floors.
