A List of Amapiano’s Leading Ladies Nominated For Basadi In Music Awards 2023. The annual Basadi in Music Awards are coming up and the nominees have just been announced for the 2023 edition.
The Awards organization aim at celebrating women doing incredible things in the music industry. Amapiano’s leading ladies scored some nominations in three of the categories. Leading with the most nods are Pabi Cooper, Uncle Waffles and Boohle with 2 nominations each.
Uncle Waffles and Lady Amar scored nominations in the DJ of the year category alongside DJ Pru Luv, Ms Cosmo and DJ Lamiez. Pabi Cooper and Boohle join Lady Amar and Uncle Waffles in the Song of the year category. The biggest category for Amapiano on the list is Amapiano artist of the year. The nominees are Kamo Mphela, Khanyisa Jaceni, Boohle, Pabi Cooper and Nkosazana Daughter.
