Tango Supreme Leaves Top Tier Entertainment Group. Tango Supreme is a dynamic international DJ duo that plays the hybrid genre “Amapiano”. The duo is made up of two ladies namely Tiisetso Moncho & Nomfundo Khumalo, born and raised in South Africa. Nomfundo has always wanted to be a DJ from a tender age.
Tango Supreme has announces departure from Top Tier Entertainment Group. The duo announced the news on their Instagram. Tango said that they are no longer affiliated to and with Dimpho Rapudi & their stakeholders. They stated that they are grateful for everything. However, Tango Supreme did not share what the reason for their departure is but they are still opened for good businesses.
Her love for music comes from her gifted ear to spot a hit before it becomes a hit as well as hearing instruments in a song a normal person wouldn’t hear. She started her DJ’ing lessons when she finally overcame her fear of actually DJ’ing. Tiisetso comes from a family of music. Her Grandfather used to play instruments and she grew up around him, although she doesn’t play instruments herself she figured that entering the music industry in a way that appealed more to her which was obviously DJ’ing.
Tiisetso and Nomfundo have been friends for years and when they both found out that they have the same desires and aspirations, they decided to join forces and become distinct from all the other female DJ’s in South Africa and that is how Tango Supreme came about. Not only does Tango Supreme play Amapiano but they are also performing DJ’s known to make a crowd dance, hence their famous tag “IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO”. Tango Supreme is pivotal duo in ensuring that the genre reaches a global status, with them creating trends and dance moves that breakout on the internet, alongside their DJ style, the duo has become one of the most booked DJ’s in South Africa.
