With Boohle having trended for sharing that Cassper did not come up with her verse, Nota accused MacG of wanting to cancel Boohle and claimed they failed to do so when he put her on the spotlight during his podcast. Boohle, real name Buhle Manyathi, has revealed that she did most of the work on Cassper Nyovest’s single, ‘Siyathandana’.The song was released in June and has over 8-million views on YouTube. The singer said she wrote almost all the lyrics of the song, and Cassper only wrote his verse.“He only came with his verse. I wasn’t even there,” she told #PodcastandChillwithMacG.

The two of them announced the end of their professional relationship on social media a while back.Since then, Nota has gained notoriety for his unpopular opinions on rappers such as Nasty, Cassper Nyovest, AKA, Kwesta and many more. “There are a lot of people that are uncomfortable with the fact that I am a person with influence and that is why many will do anything and everything to tarnish my name and make me seem like I am a person who targets people randomly. The things I stand for are very clear, I stand for uplifting South African culture and you see this by the kinds of artists I work with. I only have a problem with European and American imperialism that is corrupting our culture and brainwashing our kids,” he said.
