Black Twitter React To JazziQ’s Claims That Education Is Not The Key To Success. Tumelo, who is also known as Mr JazziQ, was one of the young artists to push and dominate the fresh amapiano music culture, which emerged out of South Africa. His talent has led him to playing at festivals like Afropunk and working with DJ Black Coffee.

Mr JazziQ took to social media to share his opinion on education, and he doesn’t believe that education is the key to success. This is due to most artists more especially in the music industry who don’t have that much of educational background however, they seem to be doing well for themselves through music. He asked,”Who said education is the key to success? Let me tell you something they lied to you.” Check it out:

Black Twitter reacted to the tweet, saying Mr JazziQ is speaking from a place of privilege, while some added that he has a huge responsibility in the social media society and he shouldn’t tweet something like this, more especially tweeting to his fans who support him. “Hai Jazziq, you have a big responsibility now. You can’t say that. Some people aren’t privileged enough to make a living out of something that doesn’t require an education. This is not a responsible statement. Come on,” wrote Sis Gugu.

The good thing is they still have deals structured by the educated.
Signed to brands run by the educated.
Hire lawyers to look at contracts drafted by the educated
Drive cars designed & engineered by the educated
Jus cause one is successfully it doesn’t mean they aren’t dummies

With all the respect and love for you my personal friend Mr JazziQ I feel like as celebs we shouldn't say stuff like these or try to degrade education, yes we are making it without education but that doesn't disregard education.

Wena since o le cheeseboy.. mamas boy …your parents education is what helped you build what you have today

When they say it is the key to success doesn't mean it is the only way to success.
For you to misinterpret this statement shows how much you need education.
Just logic, nothing much nothing less.

The reason why you were able to write the same tweet is because of education or you woke up writing and speaking fluent English? What are you trying to say ntjaka?

Rao supporta jwale o buwa masepa. Do you realise we wouldn’t be able to communicate on this platform without education

So the person you're hiring to take care of your taxes and financial wasted their time going to school? 👀

— Rato and 92 others (@Loot_92) December 17, 2021

It's sad seeing artists try to write off tertiary education to be specific however the world revolves around people who have degrees but only a few people made it without degrees and it's rare to find people with degrees saying those without degrees won't make it

— Frugal (@tumeloditle) December 17, 2021

Tumelo and Josiah Makoela, also known as Josiah the disciple, formed the DJ duo called JazziDisciples. In 2020, they announced that they will be separating to pursue their individual music careers. The two have a competitive but healthy relationship, although Tumelo admitted Josiah is the better producer between the two of them. “I will gave him that one. I heard about Josiah during my high school days at Bus Stop, where most high school learners in the area used to meet after school,” JazziQ said.
