Nadia Nakai and Toss are celebrating another major milestone for their collaborative project ‘Do’s & Don’ts’, with the joint EP officially surpassing 2.5 million streams since its release.
The six-track project, which arrived on 18 September 2026, has continued to attract attention as listeners embrace the musical connection between Nadia Nakai’s established hip-hop sound and Toss’s Amapiano background. The milestone highlights the growing interest surrounding the collaboration and the response the EP has received from fans.
Nadia Nakai took to Instagram to celebrate the achievement, thanking supporters for streaming the project, sharing its songs and engaging with its lyrics.
“2.5 MILLION STREAMS?! Okay… so clearly y’all have been following the DO’S & DON’TS Thank you for running this EP up the way you have. Every stream, every post, every lyric you’ve learned, we see it and we appreciate it! 2.5 MILLION AND COUNTING NADIA NAKAI x TOSS DO’S & DON’TS ,” she wrote.
The rapper later reinforced the celebration with another simple message: “2.5 MILLION AND COUNTING.”
Released through a six-track offering with a total running time of 21 minutes, Do’s & Don’ts brings together two artists from different musical backgrounds while exploring themes of relationships, culture and connection.
The project opens with ‘Ben’thini’, followed by ‘Choose Me’ featuring Sino Msolo, ‘Toxic’, ‘Blind’ featuring Nkosazana Daughter, ‘Chomi’ featuring Sino Msolo and Sizwe Alakine, and ‘Gets Getsa’.
Among the tracks, ‘Blind’ featuring Nkosazana Daughter has emerged as one of the notable songs from the project, with its accompanying visual adding another dimension to the collaboration.
The story surrounding Nadia and Toss has also generated interest beyond the music. Their creative relationship became a talking point after the pair shared an onscreen kiss in a music video released on Valentine’s Day earlier this year, sparking dating speculation among fans.
The attention eventually developed into a full musical collaboration, with the artists using Do’s & Don’ts to explore their chemistry and the differences between their respective worlds.
The EP touches on relationships, kasi culture and the experiences of people navigating connections across different environments. Nadia’s hip-hop influence blends with Toss’s Amapiano-rooted sound, resulting in a project that reflects both artists while allowing them to explore new creative territory.
