Amapiano heavyweight Kabza De Small has once again shifted the release date of his highly anticipated album Tutu, with the project now expected to arrive on November 27, 2026.
The latest change marks the fourth time the Amapiano pioneer has pushed back the release of the project, leaving fans waiting even longer for what has become one of the genre’s most anticipated albums.
Kabza De Small initially announced June 5 as the release date for Tutu. However, the album was later moved to July 31 without much warning. As the second release date approached, another change was announced, with the project subsequently scheduled for August 28.
The delays continued as August drew closer. Kabza then quietly moved the album to September 25, with the updated date eventually reflected across digital music platforms. While the producer did not provide an official explanation for the repeated changes, fans continued to keep an eye on the project as they waited for its arrival.
Now, with September 25 just days away, another update has reportedly appeared on Kabza De Small’s Spotify page. The countdown has been moved once again, this time pointing to November 27, 2026, as the new release date for Tutu.
The latest postponement is likely to fuel further anticipation around the album, particularly given Kabza’s reputation as one of the key figures in Amapiano. Every change to the release schedule has kept fans guessing about when the project will finally land.
For now, the reason behind the latest postponement remains unclear. Kabza De Small has not publicly explained why Tutu has been moved to November, leaving fans to speculate about what may have influenced the decision.
One possible factor could be the release schedule of other major Amapiano artists. Young Stunna is currently expected to release his second studio album, Busisiwe, on October 21, 2026. The timing could potentially have influenced Kabza’s decision to give the two projects more breathing room, although there has been no confirmation from Kabza or his team that this is the reason.
With November 27 now listed as the new date, fans will have to exercise even more patience before hearing Tutu in full.
Until then, Kabza De Small’s long-awaited album remains surrounded by anticipation, with supporters eagerly waiting to see whether November 27 will finally be the date the project reaches streaming platforms.
