Vocalist Zuma makes a confident return with the release of his brand-new 2-track EP, Coming Soon—a refined and emotionally rich offering that places his vocals firmly at the center of modern South African dance music. The project marks an important moment in Zuma’s artistic journey, showcasing growth, intention, and a deeper commitment to storytelling through sound.

Coming Soon sees Zuma reuniting with acclaimed producer Sam Deep, alongside collaborators Stakev and Raspy, resulting in a tightly curated body of work that balances groove, emotion, and layered production. Though concise in format, the EP delivers a complete and immersive listening experience, proving that impact isn’t measured by length but by quality.

At the heart of the EP is Zuma’s expressive vocal delivery. Known for his ability to convey emotion with subtlety and power, Zuma uses this project to highlight his versatility as a vocalist. Each track is carefully constructed to allow his voice to lead, weaving effortlessly through Sam Deep’s signature sound—rich, textured, and deeply rooted in the evolving Amapiano and Afro-house landscape.

The opening track, “Bona,” introduces a smooth and uplifting energy. Its melodic flow and warm production make it equally suited for intimate listening moments and late-night dancefloor settings. Zuma’s vocals glide with ease, delivering heartfelt melodies that feel both personal and universal, inviting listeners to connect emotionally while still moving to the rhythm.

In contrast, “Lonyaka” takes on a more reflective and soulful tone. Anchored by emotional lyricism and a stripped-back yet powerful instrumental, the track explores introspection and vulnerability. Zuma’s vocal performance here is particularly striking, capturing depth and sincerity that linger long after the song ends. It’s a reminder of his ability to translate feeling into sound with authenticity.

With Coming Soon, Zuma continues to strengthen his presence within the music scene, embracing collaboration as a tool for growth and expression. The EP reflects a clear artistic vision—one that prioritizes emotion, connection, and musical integrity over fleeting trends.

Now available on all major digital streaming platforms HERE, Coming Soon stands as a compelling statement from Zuma. It’s a project that invites listeners to slow down, feel deeply, and appreciate the beauty of vocal-led dance music crafted with purpose. As Zuma continues to evolve, this release signals that there is much more to anticipate from his journey ahead.
