Watch! Dr Malinga Explains Why He Wouldn’t Call Maphorisa For Help. He’s the musician who always releases a banger just ahead of the festive season, and it’s almost always about finding ways not to sleep. With his signature high kick and very colourful suits, he’s hard to miss. The pandemic affect him just like everybody else.

Dr Malinga broke down in tears as he revealed that SARS repossessed and auctioned his furniture during Podcast and Chill with MacG. The star also opened up about how he is not receiving any help even from his community members. When asked why he hasn’t reached out to Maphorisa for help, Malinga said he’d rather call Oskido. “I’d rather call Oskiso for help, not Maphorisa because I don’t understand him well anymore. Some people, I’m not saying Maphorisa, will laugh and then question why you only now came to them for help,” he said.

Dr Malinga doesn't hold anything back, he literally tells all.

"I don't think in my lowest I can call DJ Maphorisa for help. I rather call Oskido…" 😳😳😳

Speaking on where his famous dance move come from, Malinga said: “The linga dance is just a crazy Dr Malinga, the free Dr Malinga, the self-motivated, it is just a free spirit dancer, you know, so it is just frenzy. In the process of doing the dance, you are being unique, it just craziness there is really not much of a seriousness attached to it. If you were to ask Dr Malinga to teach you the linga dance, he will tell you to just be a free spirit, dance as if no one else is noticing because when you do that, you are not perfecting anything; you are just doing whatever music made you feel.”
