DJ and music producer Busta 929 has been the talk of town and trending on social media following his hit single ‘Umsebenzi Wethu’ and he is trending once again, and this time for the wrong reasons.
Amapiano artist Busta 929 is being dragged on social media for allegedly preying on young girls aged 14. According to the video that surfaced, it shows young girls whom social media users believe to be by the age of 14, dancing(one in towel) while drinking alcohol. According to some reports, the young girls were at his apartment for days while they were reported missing by their parents. Busta is now being accused of keeping minors at his house and exposing them to substances. @cloutduke posted the video, together with a thread and captioned it: “@busta_929 this is some R Kelly shit. Furious social media users started dragging Busta 929, calling him out while some are saying he must be cancelled. One of the girls who were at Busta’s apartment broke her silence in an undeleted Facebook post which was captured by a social media user. See post:
One social media user wrote: “Busta 929 a Famous Amapiano Artist is busy inviting 14yr olds kids to his house and exposing them to substances and as you can see in the video,The girl is in a towel so lord knows what else went down that,Statutory Rape and Exposing minors to substances are serious offences.”
While some seemed to be have been defending the amapiano star, one social media commented on the fact that the young girls are said to be minors.
