The fastest growing influence of the amapiano sub-genre on local musicians is undeniable as more and more established artists are now experimenting the sound. Amapiano is a hybrid of deep house, jazz and lounge music; however, it is not stopping artists who have characterised themselves as Hip Hop, RNB, Afro pop, and etc. from joining the train.
