Young Stunna Celebrates Notumato’s First Anniversary. Sandile Msimango, popularly known by his stage name Young Stunna is a South African singer. He is known for his hit singles “Bopha” and “Adiwele”. He has also extensively worked with record producers DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small.
Following the success of his hit single, Adiwele, Young Stunna dropped his debut album titled Notumato, which means new beginnings in isiXhosa.“Notumato is a feeling that came to me about the whole album. It symbolises new beginnings. I feel like this album is my firstborn and I need to take care of her because she’s going to work for me and take me places,” he said.
It’s now been a year since the release of his debut album. Taking to social media, he gave an account of all the success garnered within the past 1 year.The album has grown to be certified multi-platinum; singles in the project has also gone gold and multi-platinum.
Young Stunna revealed that he’s visited 10 countries, bagged over 500k gigs, garnerd millions of views, bagged nominations and won awards.He expressed gratitude to his supporters for bringing him all these successes.“THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR UNDYING SUPPORT & LOVE , GOD BLESS YOU ALL !
