DJ Venom And Shishiliza Reveal How Mpura Was Supposed To Be On Their Latest Single With Other Amapiano Heavyweights. Pretoria based Hip Hop DJ, Venom and BashVision aka ShiShiliza, drop, a new single titled Sho Boy is available on all digital platforms. Sho Boy is the first single to be taken from their upcoming collaborative project. And though they may be known to be the giants in the Hip Hop game, their just released track is amapiano inspired.

‘Sho Boy’ features dream collaboration with SA’s Hip Hop finest Street Culture god Riky Rick, Buzzi Lee, Yanga Chief, Beast RSA, 25K The Plug & Somnyama Omyama aka Blxckie. Amapiano’s hitmakers, Focalistic and 012 producer Junior Taurus also make an appearance. Speaking about how the collaborations Shililiza says: “All we had was a beat from Junior Taurus and an idea of the people we wanted to jump on the track. Riky Rick had a song that he had been working on for years called ‘Sho Boy’, .We added beats , vocals, more features and edits the track and it sounded good.”

During an interview we had with them, DJ Venom reveal that the late Mpura was also supposed to be on the song. “Mpura was actually supposed to be on the song. May his soul rest in peace. He passed away the weekend before we were supposed to meet at the studio to record the song.”

Shishiliza also mentions: “We will be feeding people with music, very early in the year 2022, expect another single by Venom and Shiliiza in February or early March.” Sho Boy is the first of many collaborations from the both of them and in 2022 we’ll be getting more music from them. Stream and purchase Sho Boy on all major digital stores. Listen to ‘Sho Boy’ here.
