Major League DJz have officially confirmed the release date for their eagerly awaited new single, “Nipe Kitu,” bringing weeks of speculation and anticipation to an end. After teasing the record with several previews across social media, the award-winning twin duo has announced that the song will officially be released on 10 July, much to the excitement of their fans.

The announcement was made on Instagram, where the duo shared another energetic preview of the upcoming record. The latest snippet once again showcases the infectious sound that has had fans talking since the song was first teased in late June.

Expressing their excitement, the twins wrote, “OH YESSSSS!!!! FINALLY WE GOT A DATE 😩🔥🔥🔥🔥10th JULY 🚀🚀 #NipeKitu.” The post quickly gained traction, with supporters flooding the comments section to celebrate the long-awaited announcement and share their excitement for the official release.

Since its first preview, “Nipe Kitu” has generated significant buzz across social media. The title, which translates from Swahili as “Give me something,” immediately caught the attention of listeners, while the song’s vibrant production hinted at another cross-cultural anthem from the globally recognised duo.

Although the full list of collaborators has not yet been confirmed, fans have speculated that Kenyan singer and producer Idd Aziz could feature on the record. The speculation stems from the musical influences heard in the previews, though Major League DJz have not officially announced any guest appearances.

The release of “Nipe Kitu” follows another productive period for the duo, who have continued to deliver fresh music through recent releases such as “We Were Never Here” and “It’s A Party Day.” Rather than slowing down, the brothers have maintained their momentum, consistently keeping fans engaged with new material and exciting announcements.

Over the years, Major League DJz have become one of South Africa’s most successful musical exports. Through their pioneering efforts, they have played a significant role in introducing Amapiano to international audiences, performing at some of the world’s biggest festivals while collaborating with artists from across Africa and beyond.

Their ability to fuse Amapiano with diverse African musical influences has become one of their defining strengths. As a result, every new release carries a sense of excitement, with fans eager to hear how the duo continues to evolve their signature sound.

Judging by the previews, “Nipe Kitu” promises to deliver the infectious rhythms, rich production, and dancefloor energy that have become synonymous with Major League DJz. The song is already shaping up to be one of the standout Amapiano releases of the month.

With the release date now officially locked in, the countdown has truly begun. Fans now have just a few more days to wait before experiencing the complete version of “Nipe Kitu,” a release that promises to add another exciting chapter to Major League DJz’s ever-growing catalogue of hit records.
