Nota Reveals How He Dealt With Sizwe Alakine When He ‘Owed’ Him Money. With all he has contributed to South African hip hop, Nota should have everyone worshipping the ground he walks on, but the music executive has made a lot of foes along the way.

Nota Baloyi says Reason a.k.a Sizwe Alakine was once a debtor, but he dealt with him till he paid. The music businessman revealed on Twitter that the rapper owed him, but didn’t state the exact amount.

Nota used the medium to warn people who might want to pull some stunts with his money, as he doesn’t joke with it. “When Reason owed me money, I had an example out of him that got more engagement than his Warner Africa album launch. I don’t play about my money. I pulled up on Stogie T to get my respect. I paid Sliloure to shut up about me. I shout Sol Phenduka up for good. I’ll make or break you,” he tweeted.

Sizwe refused to react to Nota’s revelation as he appears to be busy with the promotion of his new album, which he labeled the best Rap-Piano project.
