Josiah De Disciple Does A Remix Of The Late Lebo Mathosa’s Single. Josiah Makoela is a South African DJ and record producer commonly known as Josiah De Disciple. He is best known for his time with the Amapiano DJ duo, JazziDisciples, alongside Mr JazziQ. The duo split in 2018 to focus on their individual music careers.

Prestigious SA music art Josiah De Disciple have finally dropped this remix titled “Ao Dede” by the late Lebo Mathosa. Josiah said it was an honour to do a remix of the late star and hopes the world will love the remix. “It was an honour Ousi Lebo 😭❤️❤️. I hope the world hears & love this remix.” See tweet:

It’s been 16 years since the day that changed the South African music landscape.The day the much celebrated kwaito star Lebo Mathose died in a tragic car accident.

She passed away in 2006 at the age of 29, leaving behind an unforgettable legacy.Lebo started her career as a member of Kwaito group Boom Shaka in 1993 after catching the eye of music producer Don at a Johannesburg night club.Boom Shaka members were Junior Sokhela, Lebo Mathosa, Theo Nhlengethwa and Thembi Seete. Lebo was one of their brightest stars and she soon began to stand out with her bubbly personality and outgoing nature.Boom Shaka released their first album, About Time, in 1994 and it was a runaway success.After three successful albums as a band, Lebo pursued a solo career.

Lebo is remembered for her music, her signature dyed blond hair, sexy outfits, and provocative singing style that has graced many stages all around the world from Southern Africa, Malaysia and London.She was also one of the performers at former SA president Nelson Mandela’s 85th Birthday.
