Lady Du Opens Up About Her Breathing Problems And How She Understands Why God Gave Her The Musical Talent. Lady Du, real name Dudu Ngwenya, first learned how to play at the tender age of nine. Since then and during her early adult life, she had been trying to get a successful break into the music industry. Lady Du is currently one of the hottest voices in amapiano. Lady Du’s musical journey speaks to her resilience, and her success can rightfully be attributed to her perseverance.
The star opened up about her breathing problems saying he can’t run for a minute nor go to the gym, however, it is surprising to her that she can dance and perform on stage for over 25 minutes and still be okay. This comes after she mentioned that she now understands why God gave her the musical talent and that her doctor, to date, still calls her a miracle baby.
“Something personal I’d like to share with you guys, it has affected me for years now, since I was born I’ve had breathing problems, I can not do anything active for more than a minute, but there’s something about why I feel like God Gave me my musical talent, I can dance on stage for 25 mins pour my heart out but I won’t pass out. But as soon as I run for a minute I go straight to hospital. Every 3 months I go to the doctor so they clean my system. Soooo sometimes I’ll look very tired and drained still give it my all but as soon as I get home I get weak. I’d love to go to gym but I can’t, I’d like to run on a hill but I can’t, I’d like to play around with my daughter running after her but I can’t, I can’t sit in rooms with smoke, I can’t eat certain fruits,” she wrote.”
I call it asthma because that’s what most people understand but my lungs as I was told by the doctor are under developed, too small to carry my weight ❤️❤️❤️ so when you see me on stage performing my best know that as hard as it is for me to breath, I’m giving everything I have 🙏🙏🙏 this is for all the girls and boys that don’t do things because they were told they can’t by their doctors. Till today my doctor calls me a miracle baby ❤️❤️❤️ hubby calls my his breath taking wife 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂 I’m actually in tears writing this, I’m not sad but proud of everything I’ve achieved,” she explained.
