DJ Maphorisa Announces Upcoming Collaboration With Focalistic And Busta 929. Amapiano pioneer DJ Maphorisa who’s long earned his belt for pumping out hits for almost a decade has proved once and once again that he is in the amapiano game to stay.
After releasing smash hits one after the other, versatile musician promise to release another hit in 2021 featuring Focalistic and Busta 929. The trio are reportedly working on a single although not much information was shared regarding the release date, however, their shared mutual love for amapiano has carved their names in the amapiano game. Taking to social media, DJ Maphorisa announced his upcoming collaboration and that fans should brace themselves for what’s coming. “hmmmm Foca x Busta x Madumane wait for it,” he wrote.
Focalistic also confirmed that indeed he, Maphorisa and Busta 929 are working on a track and stating that he received the final DJ Maphoria’s verse on ‘Paranoia’ which was on his IG Live. He wrote: “Haha, got the final @DjMaphorisa verse on Paranoia which was made on my IG Live w/ @busta_929 !!! Our EP is about to fuck up the streets @MrJazziQ #TheNewGovernment. GUPTA IS THE SINGLE!!!!!”
This comes after the ‘Ke Star‘ hitmaker Focalistic had taken to social media to gush about working with icon and personal idol DJ Maphorisa. Focalistic opened up on Twitter, saying that he was happy to be in his hometown Ga-Rankuwa, Pretoria, with Maphorisa working on an upcoming project.
The soaring star played an unreleased song at the gig and was well received. Some people asked him to release a song and took him to social media. On Twitter, he promised the song would be released soon and expressed his feelings about how people liked the song without it being released.
On the post he announced that he was working with DJ Maphorisa and Busta 929, the star also announed that he has yet another much anticipated track called ‘GUPTA’ featuring Mr JazziQ, Lady and a few others. Pitori Maradonna, aka Focalistic, is about to drop his single, and the teasers have the internet hot and ready for its release!
