JazziQ Makes His Pick Between Rappers Nasty C And A-Reece. There is always beef or politics or comparison within the music industry, and one between two South African rappers Nasty C and A-Reece is a comparison on who is a better rapper than the other. For as long as we can remember, former label mates, Nasty C and A-Reece have been at odds. The two rappers are undeniably two very talented emcees in the SA Hip Hop scene but for some reason they haven’t been each other’s biggest fans.

A fan did a poll on Instagram, putting two artists together and have social media user engage and pick who their favourite is. Amapiano DJ and producer Mr JazziQ made a pick and chose Nasty C.

The beef between the two artists started a long time ago after they broke into fame at a young age, however, there was more to the story. In 2019, Nasty C said: “It was never really a situation. It was just as the new wave that was coming up, you know people like to make comparison, put people against each other and that type of sh*t. I guess after that it just became little petty sh*t like disrespect, this and that, mentioning the other’s name when you really shouldn’t… It’s like tension and friction but it’s not really based on anything real. If you would have tried to trace it back to what really happened, there’s nothing there…just some dumb sh*t. There’s no turning back from where we are.”

Hailed as one of the best rap artists in South Africa, A-Reece is taking the industry by storm, following a string of highly successful releases. While Nasty C is also making boss moves in the United States. Although the beef seems to have been squashed, the comparison between the two artists continues.
