South African Amapiano producer and DJ Stixx is preparing to deliver another major musical offering with the upcoming release of his third solo album, “DESTINY.” The highly anticipated project is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, 5 November 2026, marking an important milestone in his musical journey.
The announcement has already generated excitement among fans who have been looking forward to hearing what the producer has been working on. However, beyond being another addition to his catalogue, Stixx has revealed that “DESTINY” is a deeply personal project that reflects his growth, challenges and purpose as an artist.
Taking to Instagram to announce the album, Stixx shared an emotional message explaining the inspiration behind the title and what the project means to him.
He wrote, “Some things in life are bigger than us. Some paths are written in the stars long before we even understand our purpose.
“With a heart full of gratitude, I’m proud to announce my third solo album, DESTINY.”
The producer went on to explain that the journey behind the album tested him in ways he never imagined, pushing him to dig deeper, grow and rediscover himself both personally and musically.
He also reflected on his relationship with music, describing it as more than a dream he decided to pursue. For Stixx, music has always felt like a calling and a purpose he could never ignore.
“Through every challenge, every sacrifice and every moment of doubt, one thing has remained certain: I was born to do this,” he shared.
His announcement also included a heartfelt message of appreciation to everyone who contributed to bringing the album to life. He acknowledged the people who dedicated their love, time, talent and energy to the project, emphasising that their contributions helped shape the final body of work.
Describing the album as more than just music, Stixx added that it represents his journey, purpose and destiny.
The upcoming release marks his third solo album, further highlighting his consistency and continued development within the South African Amapiano scene. With this project, he appears ready to give listeners a more personal look into his artistry and the experiences that have shaped him.
