Tman Xpress and Mellow & Sleazy continue to make their mark on the Amapiano scene as their collaborative hit, “Remember,” has emerged as the most-streamed song on Spotify South Africa for September 2026.

According to the reported streaming figures for the period between Tuesday, 1 September, and Wednesday, 30 September 2026, “Remember” secured the No. 1 position, reflecting the song’s growing popularity among local listeners and its strong performance throughout the month.

The achievement adds another milestone to the song’s run, with “Remember” also becoming the first song released in 2026 to spend 11 consecutive days reaching at least 100,000 daily streams on Spotify South Africa. The feat highlights the track’s sustained listening activity and its ability to maintain momentum beyond a brief burst of attention.

Since its release, “Remember” has continued to generate conversations among music fans, establishing a presence both on streaming platforms and across social media. Its growing popularity demonstrates how digital platforms have become an important part of the way South African artists connect with audiences and measure the reach of their music.

For Tman Xpress, the achievement further strengthens his position in the Amapiano movement, where vocalists and performers continue to shape the genre’s sound and reach. Meanwhile, Mellow & Sleazy have built a recognisable presence through their production work and collaborations, contributing to the continued expansion of Amapiano in South Africa and beyond.

Their collaboration on “Remember” has brought the artists together on a track that has resonated with listeners throughout September. Its position at the top of Spotify South Africa’s monthly streaming figures places the song among the standout local releases of the period.

The track’s social media traction has also helped keep it in the spotlight, with online conversations adding to the attention surrounding its streaming performance. In an increasingly competitive music landscape, maintaining listener interest over several consecutive days can be an important indicator of a song’s staying power.

With “Remember” closing September as South Africa’s most-streamed song on Spotify, Tman Xpress and Mellow & Sleazy have another notable achievement to celebrate. The milestone underscores the continued influence of Amapiano and the role streaming platforms play in bringing South African music to a wide audience.
