H&M South Africa kicked off the Autumn/Winter 2025 season in grand style with an electrifying launch party on March 19 at The Playground in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. The event brought together the worlds of fashion and music, celebrating their deep connection to self-expression.
With Uncle Waffles and DBN Gogo as the headline acts, the night was an unforgettable fusion of high-energy performances and bold fashion statements. The atmosphere was further charged by dynamic DJ sets from Franadilla, Ponahalo, and Nkuley, ensuring non-stop entertainment for all in attendance.
Uncle Waffles, one of South Africa’s most celebrated DJs, expressed her excitement about being part of the event, stating in an interview with Zkhiphani:
“Fashion has always been a passion of mine – it’s how I express and tie in all of my creative concepts. So to bring my set to the A/W 2025 H&M launch in South Africa was so special to me. I really looked forward to giving my H&M baes a big kiss.”
