Lady Du has been in the music industry since the year 2000 however her big break came when she switched to Amapiano and almost immediately started working with some of the biggest names in the genre and in the country, the like of DJ Maphorisa, Kabza De Small, Mr JazziQ, and many others.

Lady Du writes a note of gratitude to Mr JazziQ.The Amapiano vocalist is known to be vocal and expressive on social media; appreciating her friends and colleagues publicly, aren’t new with Du.

Taking to Instagram, she shared a video of the DJ and captioned it with words of thanks. She said JazziQ has been of great help to her and she can never forget his good deeds.“Dear brother, at some point in my life I thought I lost myself, you helped me out, last week I was close to passing out from pain, you literally put your big brother shoes on and assisted me. You and I fight like cat and dog but I want you to know how much I love you. What you did for me this week is something I’ll never forget. May God continue to bless you. I love you buti wam,” she wrote.

Speaking on her relationship with JazziQ, Dudu said: “It’s funny that I popped because of amapiano. When “Superstar” was released, I had been working with JazziQ for a while. We have a few deep house tracks that we released together! My dad and JazziQ’s uncle are business partners so he’s more of a brother to me.”
