Zulu Mkhathini Releases Amapiano Infused Single, ‘SHAYIMOTO’ Featuring Zee Nxumalo. Following the success of ‘Ngingozi’ with the legendary Professor, Zulu Mkhatini now returns with a follow-up single titled ‘Shayimoto’.
In the new single, he unites with emerging songstress Zee Nxumalo who adds a different flavour to the sound as well as two amazing producers, Bongs Da Vick, and Humankindthedj. The song serves as the 2nd offering leading to his upcoming solo Dance project titled ‘Matariano’ which is expected to drop later this year. The Matariano sound is dubbed ‘KwaitoTech’ as the eclectic sonics fuses elements of Kwaito, Amapiano, and AfroTech.
The single is driven by rhythmic percussive elements, on top of dramatic piano chords with edgy synths and this is bound to win over many music lovers.
