Rising Star GideoMan On His Amapiano Nursery Rhymes EP. Move over Peppa Pig, Amapiano Nursery Rhymes are here and taking over.
If you thought Amapiano is everywhere, we’re here to tell you it just went up a notch. This comes after rising SA musician GideoMan released an EP of Amapiano nursery rhymes. The EP is a compilation of popular rhymes like Old MacDonald, Row Your Boat and The Wheels on the Bus with an Amapiano sound.
The young artist behind the genius idea is fifteen year old singer and songwriter from Johannesburg. He told News24 how his younger siblings inspired the music project as him and his parents got tired of listening to the same old nursery rhymes. “My young siblings love Amapiano, but the messaging in the songs wasn’t really fun and educational for them, so I thought of a fun way for them to enjoy nursery rhymes and Amapiano by giving them a twist,” he told the News24.
