List Of Amapiano Artists Nominated At The #SAMA28. The nominations for the 28th South Africa Music Awards (Samas) Record of the Year (ROTY), Music Video of the Year (MVOTY) and SAMPRA Artist of the Year (AOTY) categories took place Friday morning, on the 3rd of June. The ROTY, MVOTY and SAMPRA AOTY are the only categories voted for exclusively by the public. The remaining nominees for adjudicated categories will be announced at an exclusive event on 7 June 2022 in Johannesburg.
