Pcee, one of South Africa’s rising vocal talents, has become a force to reckon with in the music industry, thanks to his hit singles like “Zotata” and “Kilimanjaro.” However, despite his current success, Pcee recently opened up about his long-term ambitions and the challenges he faces in the industry, revealing that his journey is far from over.
In a candid statement shared with his fans, Pcee reflected on where he sees his career heading. “A lot of people can say I’ve made it in life, but honestly, I haven’t even done 1% of what this world has to offer,” he said, setting the tone for his ambitious goals. His aspirations extend beyond South Africa, as he hopes to conquer the global stage, aiming for monumental achievements like winning a Grammy Award, a BET Award, and becoming a multi-millionaire in dollars.
“My goal is to have 40 albums out, and I want them to be the best-selling albums in the whole world. I want to fill up stadiums with just my name and become one of the richest people in the world if God can answer my daily prayers,” Pcee added, showing his determination to not only make a name for himself but to leave a lasting legacy in the music world.
Pcee also touched on the emotional toll that comes with chasing such lofty goals, acknowledging that the path to greatness is filled with challenges. “One day, if I die, I want my name to live on forever. I’m just realizing that I’m starting the second level of becoming one of the greatest in the world. But the challenges are super mad, and it breaks my heart every single day for real,” he shared.
One of the most disheartening obstacles, according to Pcee, is the competition and negativity within the South African music industry. “It’s so sad because you find people who don’t want to see you bigger than them. They work overtime to put you down while time is moving for all of us. I’m really not okay,” he said, expressing frustration with the lack of support from some of his peers.
Despite the challenges, Pcee remains focused on his vision of global success. His message is a testament to his relentless ambition and his drive to overcome the obstacles on his path to becoming one of the greatest names in music.
