In a surprising turn of events, DJ Maphorisa has publicly apologized to fellow artist L-Tido for his previous disrespectful comments. This apology comes after DJ Maphorisa involved L-Tido and his mother in his ongoing feud with Sir Trill during a controversial podcast interview.

The conflict between DJ Maphorisa and Sir Trill initially escalated when DJ Maphorisa accused Sir Trill of lying about not being paid for his contributions to their collaborative projects. During his rant, DJ Maphorisa directed harsh words towards L-Tido, dragging him and his mother into the heated exchange.

L-Tido responded to DJ Maphorisa’s outburst during one of his shows, criticizing the producer for exploiting other artists. The tension between the two artists created a stir among their fans and the broader music community, leading to widespread backlash against DJ Maphorisa for his comments.

Recognizing the gravity of his actions and the negative impact of his words, DJ Maphorisa took to Twitter to issue a heartfelt apology to L-Tido and his mother. In his tweet, DJ Maphorisa expressed his regret for crossing the line and acknowledged his mistake:

“I will take that L. Sorry for involving your moms, bro, @L_Tido. Mama Thato, ke kopa tswarelo, I didn’t mean to disrespect you.”

This public apology marks a significant moment of reconciliation, as DJ Maphorisa admits his fault and seeks to mend the rift between himself and L-Tido. By taking responsibility for his words and apologizing to L-Tido’s mother, DJ Maphorisa shows a willingness to move past the incident and restore a sense of respect and professionalism within the music industry.

The apology has been met with mixed reactions from fans. Some praised DJ Maphorisa for his maturity in admitting his mistake and making amends, while others remain skeptical about the sincerity of his apology, given the intensity of the initial outburst.

For his part, L-Tido has yet to publicly respond to DJ Maphorisa’s apology. However, the gesture has the potential to de-escalate the situation and foster a more positive atmosphere between the artists moving forward.

As the dust settles, this episode is a reminder of the importance of maintaining respect and professionalism in the music industry, even amidst conflicts and disagreements. DJ Maphorisa’s apology, while overdue, is a step in the right direction towards healing and unity among artists.

I will take that L sorry for involving your moms bro @L_Tido ❤️ Mama Thato Ke kopa Tswarelo I didn’t mean to Disrespect you 🙏🏿
