Vyno Keys, the acclaimed hitmaker behind tracks like “Bayazi,” has recently made headlines with his departure from Umzonkonko Music Academy, the label founded by Amu Classic & Kappie. This decision marks the end of a nearly two-year collaboration between the rising Amapiano producer and the renowned label.

Having joined Umzonkonko Music Academy in 2023 after Amu Classic & Kappie’s departure from Simnandi records, Vyno Keys quickly gained recognition within the Amapiano scene. During his time with the label, he released several chart-topping hits, including “Seng’shilo” featuring LeeMcKrazy, Scotts Maphuma, Cowboii, Muziqal Tone & Stady K, and “Ka’baba” featuring Amu Classic & Kappie, LeeMckrazy, Pushkin & Springle.

In a press statement issued on behalf of Vyno Keys, it was announced that the artist would be parting ways with Umzonkonko Music Academy by mutual agreement. The statement expressed gratitude for the label’s contributions to Vyno Keys’ career and confirmed his decision to pursue his artistic endeavors independently moving forward.

“Moving forward, Vyno Keys will continue to pursue their artistic endeavors independently. We are excited about the opportunities and creative directions that lie ahead,” the statement reads. “We would like to express our gratitude to Umzonkonko Music Academy for their contributions to Vyno Keys’ career thus far, and we look forward to the possibility of future collaborations.”

The departure of Vyno Keys from Umzonkonko Music Academy reflects a trend within the Amapiano industry, where artists often choose to explore independent career paths once they have achieved a certain level of success. Despite parting ways with the label, Vyno Keys remains a formidable force within the South African music scene, known for his ability to seamlessly blend Amapiano and Electronic genres to create captivating compositions.

With his inventive melodies, infectious beats, and masterful production skills, Vyno Keys has solidified his position as a prominent figure in the Amapiano genre. As he embarks on this new chapter of his career, fans eagerly anticipate the creative direction he will take and the future successes that await him.

While Vyno Keys’ departure from Umzonkonko Music Academy marks the end of a significant chapter, it also signals the beginning of an exciting new journey for the talented producer. With his talent and determination, Vyno Keys is sure to continue making waves within the Amapiano industry for years to come.
