Tyla’s highly anticipated self-titled debut album has finally arrived, delighting fans with a collection of 14 tracks that showcase her unique talent and diverse collaborations. Released on March 22 via FAX and Epic Records, the album features a stellar lineup of artists, including Kelvin Momo, Tems, Gunna, Skillibeng, and Becky G.

Tyla is now the first ever South African artist to have 2 music video debuts with over 1 million views on YouTube in the first 24 hours of its release. The album includes Tyla’s breakout hit “Water,” which soared to No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, as well as its popular Travis Scott remix.

Fans can also enjoy previously released tracks such as “Truth or Dare,” “On and On,” and “Butterflies,” which were bundled as part of the Tyla EP in 2023. Additionally, the album features her 2022 single “To Last” and a special track titled “A.R.T.,” which received the “first listen” approval from BLACKPINK’s Lisa.

Tyla’s success has been recognized not only on the charts but also with industry accolades. Her lead single “Water” earned her the inaugural Grammy award for Best African Music Performance, solidifying her status as a rising star in the music scene. She was also featured on Billboard’s 2024 R&B/Hip-Hop list, further cementing her place among the industry’s top talent.
