Cici Celebrates Her Major Music Career Milestones Following Her Exit From Ambitiouz Ent. Busiswe Twala popularly known as Cici is a South African singer, dancer and actress best known for creating the hits “Iqiniso”, “Bad Gal”, and “Runaway”.Cici was born in Ladysmith, South African. She has stated that she was born into a religious family. Her late father was a pastor, and so was her mother. They both supported her music career. She currently resides in Johannesburg.

Cici reveals she has parted ways with Ambitiouz Entertainment record label.Some months ago, the the singer and the company made headlines over court saga, but the issue went mute, and nothing was heard about them.

Taking to her Instagram account on Thursday, Cici celebrates hitting 50 million streams across all platforms.What impressed her the most was being able to achieve this success as an independent artist.“For the first time as an independent Artist, almost over 50Mill streams across all platforms. 🙏🏽🙏🏽Ngyabonga umusa kaJehova. Thank you guys for the love and Support,” she wrote.The star shared photos of herself standing beside the plaque.

Cici became very passionate about music at a young age. She was inspired by the late Brenda Fassie, and Lebo Mathosa. She has stated that she studied to the University level after which she dropped out to focus on her music. She was studying Psychology at the time.
