The Lowkeys Cut Ties With Road Manager. Multi-gold selling production diverse duo consisting of Quinton “Q Unlimited” Gama (25) and Mongezi “Big Zee” Mashabela (25) are some of the pioneers of the amapiano sound, making waves in the music space.
Often times, artists have issues with their management team or record label due to managers robbing artists of their earnings without their knowledge. The Lowkeys took to social media to announce that they have cut all ties with their road manager and urged the public and fans to not have any communication with him with regards to booking them. They also mentioned that if anyone was scammed by their road manager they should proceed to contact the law enforcement. Check out the statement:
They started out when they were both 17 years back in 2016. They had a third member who left the group to pursue a solo career.Q Unlimited says they met in high school and the third member lived in the same area as Big Zee.
“We had other interests and tried other hobbies such as sports, but the music was always constant. We would fall in and out of love with other hobbies but their love for music never changed. And it brought us closer than ever and we continued to learn more about the making of music after school,” Q Unlimited told Drum.
