Busta 929 Wishes Mpura A Heavenly Birthday. Busta 929 has been remembering his late friend and colleague, Mongezi Thomas Stuurman, famously known as Mpura.The Amapiano artist tragically died on the 9th of 2021 alongside Killer Kau and two others in a car accident.
It is the late Mpura’s birthday today, and his dear friend and colleague took to social media to wish him a heavenly birthday. Busta posted videos of them together vibing to music, and he expressed how Mpura left him unexpected. “Happy birthday dlonti. Busta said he wants people to remember Mpura as humble person. “I would love people to remember Mpura as he was, a very funny and humble guy as we would see from his live Instagram stories when he would interact with his fans and share his funny stories. I want people to remember him like that as the funny guy, Mpura wadi bedtime stories.”

According to IOL, it was reported the musicians were traveling in a Mercedes that overtook another car in a dangerous area, resulting in a head-on collision with an opel Corsa, which also killed the driver, Sanza Mohumi, a firefighter.The only survivor of the car accident, a lady shared her story in 2022; she sustained lots of injuries and she’s gradually recovering.She claimed not to remember anything in the accident as she was sleeping when it happened; she opened her eyes in the hospital to realise they were involved in an accident.
