uLazi Opens Up About Hit Song ‘uLazi’ By JazziQ Which Was Named After Him. As it stands, amapiano is potentially on pace to influence a significant portion of the overall sonic landscape of some parts of the continent and penetrate further into other markets, reaching new audiences. It is already being produced in the UK, Japan, US and other countries.By now, it’s an open secret that amapiano is being produced outside of South Africa where it originates.

Ulazi Mfana Ka Ma popularly known as Ulazi, is a talented producer who has paved his way in the music scene. The star started music at an early age, where worked with a lot of famous artists in the music space including JazziQ, Mpura, Busta 929 and so many more.

uLazi who is one of the rising Amapiano stars, he was born and bred in the Alexander township in Gauteng, South Africa. uLazi talked about the hit song uLazi by Mr JazziQ and 9umba featuring Mpura as well as Zuma which was inspired by his cadence. “I take those guys as my elder brothers. I love them so much and they love me too. They are an inspiration to me.

The 22-year-old amapiano star whose real name is Kabelo described himself as a “cool guy who loves music.” He started doing music in high school and has created a name for himself in the music industry. Watch the full interview below:
