Mr Dutch Reveals The Amapiano Artists Wishes To Collaborate With.Bright Ukpabi, known professionally as Mr Dutch is a Nigerian Afro-Pop singer/songwriter and Performing artist. He is known for establishing Dutch Dreams Records a community based Record Label. He has collaborated with Burna Boy, Kida Kudz, and Reekado Banks among many others.

Mr Dutch has shown a lot of interest in amapiano. Speaking to TimesLive, Mr Dutch mentioned a number of amapiano artists who are his role models. “Michael Jackson and Fela Kuti have always been at the top of my list. I have a long list of people I love. In South Africa, Oskido takes the crown even at this mature age. Chief Osadebe is also my icon and I hold the music dear to my heart.”

“I love Murumba Pitch. I love Msaki and I would like DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small to produce the work. These people’s music is soulful and expressive. The sound is African and soulful at the same time. Music needs to have soul, depth and be spiritual and I hope to do that soon.”

Gaining traction in the music biz, Mr Dutch debuted in 2017 and has since accumulated a devoted fanbase and developed an array of hits, including potent collaborations like “E No Finish” with Grammy-nominated Burna Boy, “Fire Down” with pop heavies Reekado, and “Just Like That” with East Africa’s best Lava Lava
