Da Muziqal Chef Shares His Experience On Frequently Collaborating With De Mthuda. Da Muziqal Chef has been living up to his name and exposing to the most flavoursome sounds that Amapiano has to offer. Tshepo Bure, known by his moniker Da Muziqal Chef is a Soweto born producer and musician who is has been steadily building up his repertoire in the game.
Chef’s upbringing is as eclectic as the elements embedded in his music. He was born and bred in Soweto before moving to Orange Farm and eventually coming to reside in the East Rand.“My love for music has always been a constant but I saw my potential and nurtured my talent when I joined the church band,” he told News24.
His talent has found him in close proximity to De Mthuda, who has become a frequent collaborator of Da Muziqal Chef.“We became good friends long before we started working together. The process is always natural and it’s always a good experience.”
His approach to making his music is as organic as his sessions with De Mthuda, “I start off with the musical elements then introduce drums when the song builds up,” he added.
