Record producer Da Muziqal Chef is back with a new amapiano track titled ‘Akakhuzeki’ featuring De Mthuda and Eemoh. ‘Akakhuzeki’ pulsates with an irresistible surge of energy propelled by infectious rhythm and captivating beats, a testament to Da Muziqal Chef’s unwavering dominance in the realm of amapiano.
He is best known for his hit single titled Dludlu, and when he released his recent EP titled Muziqal Chef, he said: “This project is closest to my heart because with it I’m trying to introduce my own unique sound, a fusion of maskandi and amapiano called skandiano. The project is cleverly packed with samples and fusion of classic soulful Mzansi deep house tracks. I’ve sampled classic songs such as Too Late for Mama by Brenda Fassie and added my own twist and turned the song about death and loss into a party anthem.”
Since breaking into fame, the Amapiano tastemaker and leading producer Da Muziql Chef, in the house sub-genre has since been collaborating with notable Amapiano producers. He recently dropped his EP, which he is known for, titled Nguwe. The mid-tempo, romantic Amapiano classic sees Sino Msolo deliver yet another ballad. In the song, he affirms the love he feels for his love interest.
